I too cannot wait to be 150 (it's going to be awhile I'm sure) you are almost there. And after plastics? My word I'm sure you will be in the 140s!!

Lol you rebel! Ok in advance I'm sorry I am really but I nag because I care.... Please to the ones that just had surgery like within a week or two ago please please be careful It is not a diet in the normal sense you are on. You are letting your stomach that was just chopped diced and sewn back together heal. It takes a while for it to heal and "grow" back together. Ok this concludes the nagging laura-ven Oh last night my daughter had friends over... Lets just say Cheetos are my weekness and my sticky orange fingers don't lie I ate 5.... -
Yep my poor husband is sick and he had to go to work this morning I kinda feel like my body is trying to get sick.
-
Lol I think she's high on drugs... Hence the band statement... K3nnabear I'm glad your doing well, and thanks for updating

I love stevia extract and I consider it natural as it is from the stevia leaf and minimally processed.. Funny how we care so much about such things now.... I'm sure we weren't quibbling over artificial when we were stuffing pizza and Oreos in our mouths

Proton pump inhibitor... Muahaahahaha..... this is my one and only chance to correct you, so I'm taking it!!! :::: Laura runs from the room, into the kitchen, grabs an Oreo and stuffs it with glee and self satisfaction:::::: -
FYE yay for the scale!! Yep elkhorn slough is great! And awesome bird (among other animals last time I even saw a ray) watching. If you buy a kayak that is a must travel spot.
-
Yes good luck on your run! And ouch on the wrist. As for me? I took butters advice and shopped! (And sped around in my mid life crisis car) Lord someone tell me to get out of the juniors department

Coops you'll see the 150's soon! I know I've been really good this week and have been pushing my fluids (90+oz) that always helps.
-
Yes! Because I want "sooth" and "nourish" myself. I think in my case it's probably not true hunger it's just the mentality that food heals my ills. Sorry your not feeling well.

I like the Caesar Parmigiano this last time though I bought the ranch.. It's ok but the Caesar has more of a flavor kick so I like it better. Came in so far at 475.. Lets hope it lasts!
