Have you tried adding some healthy high caloric and fat food? Like nuts or even some natural peanut butter everyday? Also regular fat cheese and yogurt? -
If the to go cups help you you can buy them at the grocery store by the paper plates I know I drink a 32 oz powerade zero a day and after I fill it up again with orange crush water enhancer because I like drinking from the bottle

If your not tolerating food I'd say go back to full liquids! Staying hydrated is the most important thing right now.

Have you tried mixing a little real juice in with your water?

Get the sugar free or powerade zero

Sleeved 2 weeks ago - Scar started bleeding today, coughed blood too, should I worry?
No game replied to SleeveFox's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Did you tell the/a doctor about the last coughing up blood episode? I agree with PDXman. coughing up blood is not normal to the sleeve. You should put a call into the on call doctor right away or go to urgent care. -

If your on soft food stage? It should be ok to try.. I would just try a tiny bite the first time and let it sit awhile to see how it makes you feel.

It's sounds like you are having esophageal spasms. Not unheard of for some newly sleeved people... Talk to your doctor and he might put you on meds for it until it goes away.. Here one very short thread that I found but if you do a search on here you may find more http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/76430-inability-to-get-anything-down-and-vision-problems/page__fromsearch__1

Cheri, Oh man I miss you! I'm so sorry for everything you are going through, It sounds horrible. And ouch with the stairs husband thing. I'm glad he's not going anywhere anytime soon though. I'm glad to hear all the kids are doing well, that helps! Try and keep your chin up and come around even if its a quick vent here and there. Laura

For me it just means that sitting down to a meal is over in about 5 minutes... Not great when you're eating with friends and family.. I still measure my food so it's not about over filling to much..

Wow you lost that very quick! I think time will help heal that lousy self image some. But the fact of matter is we all need to work on self love through this journey. We need to love our imperfect selves. something I think a lot of us didn't do in the past, and possibly lead us to the weight gain.. Love your imperfect self take joy in moving, breathing easier and Celebrate the journey that you are on
