I'm going to assume that Alex is finally getting ready to roll out the new site (only a few weeks late ) and this inconvenience is due to that?? We shall see....
-
200 pounds in a year?! My word, that is truly amazing!
-
You are finally at a 35? Did you have to try and gain to get there???
-
sorry coops... I get headaches and Migraines too. For me they come and I will keep getting them everyday for a week or so even waking up with them. I too get them after eating a meal! I find that so odd..

A confession huh??? You are forgiven my child... But first you must say three Hail Mary's and mail me an apple fritter

Interesting.. And now Daryl is the leader of the counsel. I think the hug is a foreshadowing of things to come with sweet Beth. Great episode but I'm confused! Oh and the soggy roof was a bit much maybe just one weak spot would of been better.. But now I'm nit picking

Was that hug between Beth and Daryl weird??

Is anyone able to eat chicken & grapes post op?
No game replied to A_ReNUDE_me's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Well... I've been eating chicken since the puréed stage. Yep folks I puréed my chicken and loved it I eat chicken almost daily. In the beginning mostly I boiled my chicken (very moist that way) And would shred it to use during the week. I also eat it slow roasted too. -

It's just a guide.. But some think it makes a big difference in the stomach size afterwards.. Like I said to the op the differences are very small and every doctor doesn't sew the same, some sew it "looser" some tighter... Also you don't want to go to small that really gives you a bigger chance for complications ( leaks, gerd) Our stomachs are all different sizes and lengths so no two will be alike. Your surgeon knows what he or she is doing

Here you go http://www.obesityhelp.com/member/carmelita/blog/2011/03/ And to the op the difference between all the sizes here and your 38 are minimal! If you are happy and confident in your surgeon of choice, that's all that really matters..

Queen, Do you think it's all from the medicine or are you consuming more calories also? Do you still track your food?

Yay Jane! Wishing you well today and the days to come -
Good news!! Just keep doing what you're doing and it will keep having a downward trend. On my calorie count app I have a graph, and on the hard days I like to look at it and see that line going down, down, down
