I find this so odd! It's not the first time I've read a thread about this very same thing... It happens to a lot of people. I too have this problem and it is very painful even making me grimace and sit up slowly.. But what is odd? Well I've lost this weight a MILLION times before and have NEVER had this problem??

Lol! Didn't know people still got this!! Ok I found this at the pirate store for you..,

Welcome back FYE! We will be fast sisters today I'm going to a wedding this weekend and I'm already bracing for a gain.. Because lord knows I will be drinking to get through it (my husbands friend who is marrying a Bolivian woman because he thinks and says often American woman are to demanding)

Come on girlie, you are going through a rough time. We all have gone through them. It just sounds like you have a lot of them piled up at once right now.. I'm sorry to hear about your pain and your brother... I lost my brother several years back and I still miss him daily. Now is not the time to take a break especially if this is your main means of support. We all have good and bad days here and support each other. So don't feel like you are taking because I'm sure you are giving too

You could probably pick up a used one on Craigslist for a couple of hundred.. I used to hate my recumbent bike, but I'm liking it more and more these days.

Surgery a year ago and have not lost much!
No game replied to jdosal4's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
If you like pre made premier Protein Shakes are good 30 grams protein and 160 calories. At one year out though you can easily get your protein from foods. Unless you like taking a shake for a meal that is. -

Veteran sleevers...HELP. 6 weeks out, nausea starting again?

Here I am to save the day!!!!!!! NOT! Ummm.... Not sure why if you were doing good that it changed so suddenly... The usually suspects would be a stricture but it could also be just part of the fun of healing. I never threw up but for the first two months I would get times where I just felt nauseous on certain days... See no help -

Protein and veggies! You can't go wrong! The sleeve can stretch but not back to its original size so if you stick to dense protein that should keep you satisfied. Why the ensure drink? That more of a meal replacement rather than a protein supplement -
Rage and irrational anger over everything? Depression? 1 month post op
No game replied to SleeveFox's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Oh that first month mark is notorious for anger and depression. I think in the first few weeks you are dealing with pain and healing. Now the real work sets in.. I really feel that this sadness and anger is us mourning food. Your old friend food is no longer there to medicate those feelings of anger frustration, despair and boredom. You are left to your own devices and need to come up with other ways to deal with life. Talking it out with friends and a counselor really helped me. And also knowing this is a really normal phase made me not feel so crazy. -
Insurance Hoops? or just finance the thing and go to Mexico
No game replied to Photo925's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I tend to agree with the poster above.. Besides being a major surgery it is a major lifestyle change, one that should not be necessarily rushed into. The classes really help people prepare for those changes and gives you the opportunity to start implementing small changes as you go. Instant gratification is not always what it seems.. not to mention it is part of the reason a lot of us ended up here... Mexico is a last choice for a lot of people that do not have insurance coverage, so why put yourself behind the eight ball by financing something that your insurance offers already? . -
Ohio??? Meh.... You can have it!

Good news! Life without cheese though... is not a life worth living! (Kinda like Oreos) It sounds like your stomach and digestive system is on the mend though. So yay! -

Hey revs, how's the gut today??? Sorry to hear about the incompetence of your surgeon. You are right though they usually look for the surgical way out! -
Oh hi brown! Yep I'm going out of town this weekend for a wedding... Food and drink oh my! Cathy glad your husband is doing well. And Jane! You are such a strong woman, I know what you are going through is hard (and painful) But you are handling it like nobody's business!
