    Yes I would if done the same.. The scar on the thighs can be vey long. Can you imagine, you are going to be able to go to a beach a pool or f**k even something just as simple as wearing shorts and a tank top with all the confidence in the world!

    I think butter went through that a bit too. And came out ok as far as no gain... I definitely know the feeling, after eating so much last weekend I was hungrier than ever and honestly felt no restriction. It literally took me all week to kind if get it under control. My problem was eating carbs though. I think it you are sticking to mostly protein and veg you should be good. Your body needs that protein to heal!

    The sugar might be to much and make you sick. I like buying pumpkin purée and mixing it with pumpkin pie spice nutmeg and stevia into my plain Greek yogurt yummy and lots of protein

    This is a hard stage for sure! But necessary for healing. You are on clear liquids? First off canned broth sucks! I did homemade, But also you can go to your favorite Chinese restaurant order a brothy soup and ask for mostly broth. Then STRAIN it really good and voila a good tasting meal

    Jane, I'm glad you made it back to the states ok:) And yes FYE staying around really does help. I think my mood was so black I couldn't see straight.

  19. Well. On the pre op liquid diet most of us had to stick to a certain plan. I would ask your nut before eating off the plan. For instance I was allowed to have Protein shakes and protein soup.

    How to keep losing weight?

    Yes stick to the plan, you are three months out still early in your losing phase. Push your liquids (at least 64 oz) Eat and record your protein and veg. And move! These are the important things.
