Just delays... The newest estimate was tonight, we shall see... Also the new site will "look" and feel for the most part like this one. It is supposed to be a seamless transition (I've been told) Let's hope!

Feed that looks like so much fun! I like the fact that your exercise is something you enjoy. So far the only thing I found kinda fun is mountain biking and my husband seems to have cooled of on taking me these days..

You know I can't help answer that question... But I wanted to say hang in there. I know for someone as active as you this has got to be hard! But everyday it's getting a bit better, right? Just remember next summer you are going to rock a bikini for all of us former fat girls! -
I think "tone" can be in your face either way... Those of us that try and say hey why did you get the sleeve if you're going to eat around it. Can at times sound... Harsh.. Face it reality is sometimes harsh. But the tone is also set when a person starts with a provocative title like I'm a "rebel and I don't follow the plan so screw you" I feels like they are acting out? Wanting to test boundaries maybe? Not necessarily with me or others...but maybe with theirselves? Oh I guess that's why sometimes I say "you are young with the sleeve and your views around it will evolve.."

Awesome! The challenge thread is getting to big to keep track. Today I rode 20 miles on the recumbent bike. I will try to do something at least 4 days a week.

You haven't "ruined" your stomach, it's still smaller than it was pre-sleeve... The best thing you can do is get back to basics Protein and veg. Cut out the processed food and exercise

Hi brown and coops, Coops that's interesting about the restriction. And encouraging. I feel that way now. So it's nice to know that further out I can still feel those tighter days. I wonder if our memories get clouded about how much we used to eat, as we get further out? I mean when you feel like you are eating a lot, it's in comparison to recent months years.. I bet if we could go a couple of years back and watch a normal eating day pre sleeve we would be amazed. Thinking out loud Brown, cookies I love cookies! I splurge and buy expensive protein cookies and eat one once in awhile whilst saying its good for me

Semi-serious question about eating and drinking at the same time...

Soup, pour most of the broth out and call it stew. Cereal, let it soak up the milk and call it mush. -
