    Tofu I'm on a kick

Tofu is an awesome food I wish my kids still liked it now when I make it I get some looks... Anyway when I cook it I always "dry fry" after you can put a sauce if you like. But I also like to just eat it as a snack just like that
  2. Hi, I just read some of your other posts you seem like nice girl just remember... your body your choice, not ours or your parents! And I'm sure whatever you chose your parents will still love you!
  3. Glad I don't work!!! That being said really if you don't want to tell don't! To me it just adds more pressure on me when I tell people because I feel every time they see me they look me up and down to see how the weight loss is going.. And then they ask "how much have you lost now" 0_o I didn't have a miracle preformed its not going to show every week! But people seem to think that it should be falling of left and right.
  4. Hi strange fruit! We can do this other ways and lose! I have done this same Diet before and lost all my extra weight and then some. I've done lots of diets that work! after my son was born I went on a doctor supervised diet (800 liquid calories a day) worked great but then after losing it all again the "diet" ended and here I am again... So this is extreme but I think sometime that's needed
  5. Hi you should be walking everyday! Even if its just getting up once an hour and walking for ten minutes..

5wks PO, and YES I regret

I wonder if it has anything to do with the low bmi. I mean its pretty major for anyone to do.. I say that because I used be an electrologist and when women came to me with a full beard they would go through the pain with few problems to get rid of it. But if someone or a friend only had a couple of hairs and came to me they would jump off the table and say Hell No!! Anyway sorry you feel that way. I know it doesn't matter right now but it will get easier...
  9. Good to hear you went and are doing better!!
  10. Lol welcome to the club! This will pass. My stomach was huge when I got home and I'm a tummy sleeper so that sucked for awhile! And yes you will be up on your weight for a while but it is just from surgery.. Give it a week, you will be a little less miserable then

  14. Hey snap, My surgery was 11-13-12 things are going well. Some days I get down on myself because I'm a slow loser. But most days I just deal with it. I feel pretty good no complications, definitely glad I did it. Did you every make it to the support group? What I did was checked my insurance online to see if they cover it ( yes they did) then I made an appointment with the dr and they did everything else dealing with the insurance...

    hip pain anyone?

Oops wrong button anyway there seems to be several older threads about it ... I have had hip pain starting a couple of weeks after surgery.. But with me I had pins but in my hip when I was a child. But haven't had pain until now. Same as you it hurts when I get up and start walking. Just had X-rays and nothing seems to be wrong they tell me 0_o

    Getting off track

You are doing great! It's hard, I have days when I see other people putting up ridiculous numbers for loss that had surgery the same day as me. And I get sad... But other days I realize this is my journey and It doesn't help comparing to other people:) That being said I was 225 on the day of surgery and today I desperately holding on to 198.

    Getting off track

I think we were sleeved around the same time I was on 11-13-12. I think part of it is self sabotage right we've gone this long and are doing good just like every time I diet then somewhere I give up and blow it. Or people notice and I go home and eat... I think the fact that you are eating to being miserable means your not caring about yourself right now. I say that because I've done the same thing so many times...
