I think if you really want this, failure is not an option! You will succeed. I had self doubt and sometimes still do but I push them out of the way because they do me no good.. I am a slow loser and that can mess with your head sometimes when you read the headlines saying "4 weeks out lost fifty pounds" But you know what I'm still losing. I have lost the same 20 pounds over and over again the last couple of years and then it stops I get discouraged and eat and it starts coming back. The difference this time? I lost that same 20 pounds then it stopped for a while but my "tool" helped me keep on track and its still going the right way.

That's awesome!!!! So happy for you! You didn't just break that stall, you smashed it, 5 pounds!

You know what's right for you better than anyone else. My husband didn't want me to do it either, but now he's really happy I did it because I'm happy about it and feeling better!
