Just because you changed the way you looked doesn't mean she can't sniff you out !

May I ask, what the hell are you still there for ??

Jesser, The good news is that this surgery isn't going anywhere, it will be here when you are financially ready. Take some deep breaths, take care of yourself and your son. When you get your financial house in order the surgery will come. I see that you have gotten yourself in credit trouble before. Be patient, don't fall into desperate lending barely getting yourself enough money to get surgery type credit. think long term about the financial impact.

What! what! what! I'm eating almonds right now! ( first time)
-
I'm glad you took the time to draw attention to this. I think we tend to not think ahead when we are blinded by want!
-
They are probably just pissed, cause you're half the man you used to be....

NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! MOVE!!!
-
My suggestion is to move. I mean move now!! This happened to a neighbor of mine when I was a little girl. She had fears of it coming back to get her but everyone told her she was crazy. Well people realized after a while they hadn't seen her for months so the authority's were called. When they finally broke in, all they found was a gelatinous mess (and the faint smell of Oreos) It was assumed it came back on the middle of the night and slowly digested her over a period of months.

We all lose at our own pace. I take longer to lose weight than some. It could be that they are younger , bigger, etc dont compare yourself it will drive you crazy! I know because I did that in the beginning. But drink the water it really helps dropped the weight!!
-
Water is hard but make it a priority! And yes all sort of aches and pains go with the territory I remember at 4 weeks just starting to feel somewhat normal..
-
30 pounds is great! And as far as two bottles of water it depends on the size of the bottle. If they are 33oz great if they are 16oz not so great you need more. Hope this helps

I keep reading this post and well.. many things have gone through my mind.. But at the end of the day it's your body your choice I wish you luck -
That my dear is a full time job!! Really if I over sleep on the weekend I'm in trouble! Or if I have a busy day I've told my husband I wish I could walk Around with an I.V. hook up You really have to drink all day, even if you don't feel thirsty. It really helps the weight loss too so just keep it up!

I think at some point you will be able to yes. I say that because I'm eating mostly protein right now so I can't eat a lot yet. For example 2 oz of chicken meat and then I can get in a couple of broccoli florets.
-
Once you start eating more dense protein you will feel the restriction more. Things like soup will always go down easier and you will be able to eat more. Oh and I think the breakfast sounds about right
-
That's a hard one.. I'm 2 plus months out so there is no way I could eat 6 oz of protein.. But if you were eating things like soup or yogurt you could get more in.
-
God I hope it stands for "woman"!! How's that for insulting! "ma'am here's your 24 wide"
-
I'm still trying to recover from the vodka and cranberry from Sunday night 0_o My stomach is still not good !!
-
Yes then by all means don't push it! Most important things right now are getting your fluids in (60 to 80oz) and protein goals ( around 60 grams) As time goes on you will be able to consume more.
