It depends on who you ask! I do very low carb! But in that early stage iI had some mashed potatoes because you eat barely ANYTHING -

I know how you feel! I just recorded things and fast forwarded the commercials! Unless I saw something really good then I would watch and drool... : p I had to go upstairs the first week or so when my husband and kids ate. But it does get better! Things don't bug me at all anymore. Stay strong, you just half to make through this short phase then it gets better

I know isn't that weird?? I sometimes think that I am being to strict and not eating enough... And somedays, Like today I've just had water and a protein shake for breakfast.. Time just gets away from me and it's not good. But in the few days that I have eaten "well" bam weight loss! Talk about a mind f**k! -
