At some point I think all of us have done something and thought **** did I ruin my sleeve! Your not alone on that do you know that some people have six weeks of just fluids after surgery? Crazy! But did you know some people can start soft food type things after a week? Crazy It's all over the place as far as what is right... The one thing I will say is that at this stage you will not "feel" it if you eat to much so you need to measure everything you eat! No matter what kind of food you are cleared to eat

Yeah people AND doctors have different ideas on all of this ... My advice? Don't listen to any of us to much (even me) take only your doctors word on your care and diet

Really take care though if you start feeling nauseous or develop a temperature call the doc! Ok good luck! And get some broth dammit!

Don't panic!!!chances are that you will be fine.. Do stop doing it though and consult you doc as soon as possible...

Ahhhh... You are the one who started the thread, Who else did it for vanity!! I have lots of thoughts on that, but one is. I think all of us want to look better, as well as enjoy the benefits of being at a healthy weight..

Lol!! How to answer that one! Why yes I'm a freak of nature... But seriously we all lose at radically different paces, so many factors, age, weight, exercise,DIET, Fluid intake.... Oh and Dana I'm right there too almost 47!!

By now you've learned that all we do is poop the first two weeks after that we can't poop any more without assistance, The first weeks we question things like "did they take out enough of my stomach, cause I'm still hungry" We all look for ways to get "permission" to eat things we can't. And when we don't do it we judge other people because we are hungry Oh and about four weeks out we get grumpy. And some of us run around here causing all sorts of trouble! But we all want to succeed and we want others to succeed !!!

I stayed 2 days! My doctor has his patients stay two days, but I only wanted to stay one. He said if I felt ready after the first day and everything was going well he would let me go.. Well when he came in and checked on me he kind of chuckled and said do you still want to leave! Yeah.... I stayed two
