Ok Laura, I feel like I'm stalking you.. But I noticed no one has answered yet so your stuck with me! I try now to drink Water before, Because your right we can't take in much any more. Kinda a pain but I hear it get easier to drink more when your further out.... Oh look someone beat me to it!
