Your going to do great! Just remember, try to relax tonight and take deeps breaths and get a good nights sleep.. Tomorrow is going to be a big day for you! And you will need your rest. So you can start your new healthy life -
Martin...I bought you those because I t truly care about you. And you've been getting so small lately, I thought there was something wrong and when I ask you lie and tell me diet and exercise ! I am not a stalker. And I don't have a fatal attraction! Why would you say that? Is it because I watch you when you sleep?? 0_0

Oh I'm the same girl I was a couple of months ago!! I have never advocated "cheating" But I'm not ever going to judge someone for their "Weakness" when it comes to pre op or post op diets because, face it, we all came here because of the power that food has (had) over of us! On that note Stef, How's it going? You are what three weeks now? Are you back to work? -
Shhhhhh........

What's that supposed to mean?! I was joking!! My god some people don't have a sense of humor... And that my folks, is what he's talking about Ps. Luv u PDXMAN man (just in case there's any doubt out there still).

Good point, good article PDXMAN... So true about our tendency to misread the posters intent when we can't see each other face to face. Or even misinterpret something because OUR mood! But I also want you to know PDXMAN when I write something to you you should always assume its "snarky" Hehehe

Hehehe... Are you thoroughly confused yet???

That's true about the sodium. Thats why I cook my own food. I have a great and easy chili recipe If you want it. I would also be careful with the sugars and carbs in the fruit.. And carbs in potatoes oatmeal and such.. Yes about needing the carbs but Protein is very important with so little room in our stomachs.. I make an easy chili for my family: 1pound ground turkey I red bell pepper chopped 1 green bell pepper chopped 1onion chopped I small can tomato paste 1 can diced tomatoes 2 cans black Beans 1 can chicken stock a handful of chili powder to taste And garlic powder, salt, pepper..or if I'm feeling even more lazy I just use a packet of chili spices and disregard the directions on it! Brown the turkey I'm a big pot Dump the rest in and cook until peppers are tender

Maybe I should up my prices.... -
Sounds good! Make sure the salsa doesn't have seeds in it though (from tomatoes) seeds can be troublesome according to some people here in the beginning... I had salsa and hot sauce on my eggs though
-
I know it's scary but just do a little at first! Now that you ate the egg wait and make sure it continues to sit well with you... You may just want to add one or two new things a day and only a little bit, to make sure your tummy handles them well.

Ok now instead of stressing, be happy!! you will lose the weight, but it will take many months to it... Think of how long it took to put the weight on.. Cliche I know, but true -

You can do it! Really don't worry about the scale right now! There will plenty of time for that after the surgery... I should know, I'm one of those crazy daily step on the scale people. Oh and drink your water:p -

Good! Let me know what he has to say! I think a lot, if not most of us, have serious food addictions. It's what brings us to having this surgery. It's really important to have someone to talk about this with. I talk to a therapist because I eat for many reasons, not just hunger! Having this surgery makes you not as hungry.. but it doesn't change your head and how you Feel about or Comfort your self with food. That is something that is very important to work on too. when people gain weight after a year or two with this surgery is because they never "dealt" with the reasons they eat... I hope my rambling made sense Laura -
