That's awesome weight loss! I was a big baby and it didn't feel completely good until after the third week! I'm three months out and down about 46 pounds I'm going for my 4 month check up next month.. I'm a little nervous the doctor is going to look at me crazy because of my "slow" Loss... Oh well

Oh oh oh!! "Dry fried tofu" is a good grab and go! I cut my tofu into wedges then slowly fry them in a nonstick griddle to crisp them up and take out the liquid out, then you can season them. But I refrigerate them and eat them as is..

Hehehehe, a growing boy... My husband knows I can take him down, so he is at least smart enough to replace my stuff! He really likes my protein shakes so he makes a lot of trips to Costco

Ok so purée stage then..the stages are different for all of us! Yes purée that ground turkey and gravy looks yucky but will taste good! I did Turkey meatloaf and gravy or chicken and gravy even a little watered down instant mashed potatoes chicken and gravy it will be warm and filling.. -
I loved my bed the first month!! Energy drinks??? No not good for many reasons and the same for diet pills. Just know It gets better, give it time. Laura Ps work on the water too! But sure you know that

Awww... Your brain well that makes sense! My brain did the same thing! It turns out my being fat wasn't my stomachs fault as much as it was my big ole fatty brain saying EAT. Yep your brains pissed right now cause your showing it who's the the boss. Give it a couple if weeks then it will shut its big yap and leave you in peace -
Can't say anything to make it any better so I will just say... Sucky!! I would be pretty pissed about that one too. Such is life though, it doesn't surprise me. Oh well at least you will get all the sucky things over with at the same time.. Good luck and take care Laura
