I just did a bit more reading, and if you were given some at the hospital (anti nausea meds) it could take several days to leave your system and get your eyesight back to normal.. Hope that helps -
Yeah I do that with my nook sometimes.. It's kinda slow and you have to zoom in a lot so really not worth it IMO
-
No... Sorry that was the short answer! They do not have it for the kindle (read straight from Alex)

I have several threads here that people said it was from the anti nausea meds... Are you taking those ? -
Hehe... I've said that too myself ALOT during this "journey"

Your only 11 days out! It's ok I promise
-
Ok

Oh, I do not take joy in saying this but the body is only able to utilize about 30 grams of protein at a time... So the rest is "wasted" sorry Laura So perhaps drinking it half for one meal and then go back to it later for another meal?
-
I still drink a premier pre-made shake every morning for breakfast 30 grams of protein.
-
I know this is going to sound obvious... But what about food, example costco sells a frozen turkey burger that has 35 grams of Protein... I'll get the name in a minute:) "Kirkland premium extra lean all natural turkey burgers" 35 grams of protein And also trident seafoods "Alaskan salmon burgers" 20 grams of protein.

Sleeping position
No game replied to jennaleigh1992's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I came home and went straight to my bed (literally) I had a back rest and lots of pillows. When I slept I just propped up a bit on my pillows and side slept. And as far as getting in and out of bed, "roll" Instead of using your stomach muscles. Good luck, it will get better in a couple of days. Laura -

I am three months out and I held out for about the first month or so.. But as I type this I sit here drinking my "half and half" with milk! We buy whole regular beans and a bag of decaf beans and mix them!

O I hate to say it... But please be strong today! Your surgery is tomorrow. And I promise you you will eat again this is not forever. You need to start clearing your system now. You can do it. Stay strong, Laura

Here is a general description I copied; Definition Vertigo is a feeling of spinning or whirling when you are not moving. It can also be an exaggerated feeling of motion when your body is still. Vertigo is different from passing dizziness or light-headedness. Causes Inner ear nerves and structures sense the position of your head and body in space. Vertigo is often caused by problems with these nerves and structures. Vertigo can be due to the following conditions: Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) There are tiny particles that naturally exist in the inner ear. Sometimes these particles can be displaced when the head is tilted. The particles then push against hair-like sensors in the ear. This can cause vertigo. BPPV may result from: Head injury Infections Disorders of the inner ear Age-related breakdown of the vestibular system Idiopathic (no obvious cause) Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo Copyright © Nucleus Medical Media, Inc. Labyrinthitis Labyrinthitis is swelling and irritation of the inner ear. This often follows an upper respiratory infection, like a cold. Meniere's Disease Meniere's disease is caused by a Fluid buildup in a part of the inner ear. This vertigo usually occurs along with hearing loss and tinnitus (ringing in the ear).
