Just measure! I think a good rule of thumb is 1 to 2oz every 10 minutes or so.. And remember you won't "feel" much right now until you are a little more healed and you start mushy type foods. Your doing great!

Yes that's strange! Lol. But really, I could be wrong, but most of us take two multi vitamins a day, calcium citrate daily, b12 once or twice a week. Could it be because your a revision?

Lol! They made me a bit nervous too! But I saw another member here mention them, so I said why not? They are pretty good! You just fry them like you would a normal turkey burger. I spray a little Pam ( I use stainless steal and cast Iron cookware) and fry them. I've seen people here put cheese on them, but I just do a really good mustard, I love mustard. But my son likes these too, and he eats them like a burger cheese,bun, condiments.. If your doing a low carb diet it's nice to get something different and easy.
