Hahaha.. Well she did get it in Mexico ( was that going to far for a joke?) Disclaimer.. absolutely nothing wrong with going out of the country for surgery! Well except for Australia that is,., I heard they take out the wrong side. -

My surgeon "made" me eat low fat cream soups too. Not as good yeah, but I used a little milk in mine as a "cheat"

Thanks guys I just scare myself some times you know? I guess because I never enjoyed exercise and its still not something I like... I have my four month checkup with the surgeon and I'm a little nervous about what he might say... I walk go on small hikes, go to the gym a bit ride the bike with the family but I know it's not enough.
