Liquid diet post op phase
No game replied to kacy100plus's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I'm going assume you mean sugar free sherbet? I don't think it's usually one of the recommend foods for post op the orange juice too is probably not a good thing also because of the high acid content. A lot of people find relief from sugar free Popsicles -

Between month 1 and 2 I felt profoundly tired also.. I always found myself taking a nap in the middle of the day. It does get better as the others said really keep up on the water treat it as a full time job (because it is) I also like the healthy carb suggestion! -

In my book book you two are in a tie for most popular and nicest !! -
Yes that should be your main job right now fluids. And it will seem like a full time job too. But I've seen so many people end up in the ER just to get rehydrated.. I would hate for that to happen to you! It's hard but just keep drinking Oh and measure out your liquids and make little goals like 2 oz every 10 to 15 minutes if you need to good luck to you

Shoud I be worried?
No game replied to skinnyginny's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hi, you know I love the tofu! Might have been a bit early for it.. I'm glad your feeling better today! Don't worry yourself sick about it, but listen to your body if something starts to not feel right you will know.. But chances are you are fine. I always try just a bites of a new food out at once and wait awhile so just try to remember that and don't let yourself get to hungry! It always leads to me eating to fast. -
Hi, are you measuring the amount of water you are taking in?

Not comparing weightloss to others
No game replied to amytug's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
Personally Amy I think that there are more of us "slow losers" out there, than the crazy "I lost 50 pounds in 2 weeks" people. That's how I get through the day anyway! Oh and I predict this will be a long thread of people just like us -
Genius where do you get them?

I think the key is everything in moderation right? I ate a piece of pizza once but most days I'm on plan.. Just remember the sleeve is not going to reach out and slap that bad food out of our hands we have to be responsible .. -
