You have probably done no harm! But it would be wise to not tempt fate and do it again. And it sounds like you realize this this is a challenge for most of us! We had a part of our stomachs taken out so we cant eat as much but an even bigger fix has to come from within our heads.. You will feel better and more satiated once you are eating more solid food again.. Then you can use that time to work on the head hunger and food addictions. We have a fondue place here at the end of the meal they bring you a fondue pot full of melted chocolate with various thing to dip including SNICKERS!!! Wrong on so many levels! But good!

I hate cooking too! That's why I usually boil a chicken and use it all week for stuff... Oh and I dry fry tofu about once a week to grab out of the refrigerator and eat cold.
