I like the powerade zero grape because its not sweet and it's a real mild flavor... Perhaps pick one up next time your out and see how it treats you. Oh and one bottle is 34 oz's yay!!

Have you tried logging your food on a app like MFP and eating every 2 to 3 hours making sure that you eat food to reach daily Protein goals and liquid goals? I find that eating Cereal does not keep me full, so I've never even had it since surgery.. -
That is a very good point and one I haven't put much thought into... I was going off I the rate of complications and band removal alone.

That's understandable! We all did a freaked a little in the deciding phase! I think that if you do chose a procedure you are on the right track with the sleeve over the band ( I saw some if your earlier posts) personally I think it's a matter of time before they take the band off the market! Oh, by the way in the beginning I thought I wanted the band. I am thankful for the wealth of information out there that helped me decide!

I would think so its a pretty safe drug, is not an NSAID and I've taken since my surgery. Does not cause ulcers or bleeding. -
It worked for me!!! I'm so close to being just "overweight" instead of "obese" It's so close I could taste it!! "Taste it" hehehe I'd like to taste an Oreo right now

I don't eat full fat sugar laced food.... And my calories are on the higher side now.. I don't eat bread. pasta and such but when I eat cheese I do not eat low fat or fat free... Same with mayo I eat meats. hummus, veggies, tofu, I must admit I had a piece of pizza once ! I'm four months out and I can eat... -

Well Amanda I'm glad you didn't say anything 0_o I think she was questioning about calories in the weeks to come.... There are a lot of different opinions on here about how many calories. And to have someone shove it down her throat about never going above a certain amount can confuse a new person don't you think?? -
I just saw you are a week! Yes I would crush them and call your doctor because I wasn't allowed to take pills that early out. Perhaps it was a over site on their part?

I was given those too. But they are in a capsule.. So in the beginning I was told to mix them into some thing perhaps you can crush them? I would call your doctor tomorrow and ask.
