I think it should be ok if you split it up.. So 62 grams split 3 ways is a tad over 20 grams at at time... It's said that any thing over 30 at a time may not be absorbed by the body well..

Ummm... 3 weeks? And a burger with a bun? Or part of a bun? That's a lot for a healing stomach I wouldn't worry so much that you "could" As much as the fact that you "did" You may not have full sensation back in your stomach and need to be careful. Are you cleared for all foods already? -
In the beginning I could eat a whole activa yogurt no problems. It's not really a "solid" Your fine

Oh babe it sounds like life is hitting hard right now! Hang tough breathe and look at the good.. I would say "god only gives you what he knows you can handle" But I hated when people said that to me I always told them "well gods picked the wrong bi**h then because this IS to much" Take care!

I'm just surprised they have a forum for compulsive liars!!! Can you imagine the conversations! Hehehe

This is my life..... Just get over it.. right?!?!

It sounds like you are still putting to much emphasis on food. I say that because you can still enjoy social activities that don't revolve around food! Try asking your friends to do something that's not going out to dinner! I don't know.. I've gone out to dinner and social events a lot. And I make it about conversation and being out in the world with a far improved comfort level in myself.. Oh and yes my hair is thinning my stomach has a mind of its own sometimes.. But I am getting healthy (skinny I don't know) and happy in my ability to move with ease through life now -
I don't know if I feel super sad for you or want to chuckle! "Welcome to the week out what the f**k did I do to myself this time" club What you are feeling is so normal major surgery is not easy! I know some say well "I was up and back to work in one day"! Not true for everyone! The protein shakes are not negotiable though just know they are "medicine" your body needs! Oh and most importantly save this thread so you can reread it in a couple of weeks when your feeling good, for a good chuckle Take care, Laura

Has anyone gotten independent insurance post op?
No game replied to sweetcurves3's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Makemyownluck, I think it was very sweet of you to take time out of your evening to give such detail about this. And am sure the op is grateful! Don't sweat the small insignificant stuff -
I have to admit I still drink them every morning for breakfast and I'm 4 months out! Yes and SAMs club has them too.
-
Yes they are.
-
Have you tried premier pre made protein drinks? Most people find them quite tasty..

You go fiddle! One of my favorite things to do! I always get a foot and calf massage to when I go! Love it

Did you have a catheter ?
No game replied to natedinsmoor2's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Yes we do have different anatomy, I'm glad you noticed but besides a little "longer" of a journey for the tube for the male,, the sticking of the tube up our urethra is about the same! -
Now we know who doesn't take the time to read the threads!'hehehe

There are a few here that had their stomachs removed and a stick implanted up their *** at the same time... -

I totally get what your saying! my mom was on the phone with me yesterday telling me that it was cruel and unusually punishment not to get the kids a basket and please just run out and get one! o_0. My children were fine I let them go across to the store and buy two Cadbury eggs each. I am a addict I cannot have that in my house. My mom doesn't understand, even though she is a recovering alcoholic.. I'm sorry that happened to you and I know how hard it is to take something away from your kids when they already have it.. -

My word your young!! Well then you get the extra extra nice me! It will be fine if you doctors use one its going to be a very minor and quickly removed thing. Actually I didn't even know I had one until the nurse told me if you don't pee soon then we are putting it back in! -
