It sounds like you are still putting to much emphasis on food. I say that because you can still enjoy social activities that don't revolve around food! Try asking your friends to do something that's not going out to dinner! I don't know.. I've gone out to dinner and social events a lot. And I make it about conversation and being out in the world with a far improved comfort level in myself.. Oh and yes my hair is thinning my stomach has a mind of its own sometimes.. But I am getting healthy (skinny I don't know) and happy in my ability to move with ease through life now
