The best Dr and what I found in my surgery, I already posted it, but this forum seems appropriate
No game replied to judy79's topic in Mexico & Self-Pay Weight Loss Surgery
Example 1 "I am so excited to step on the scale daily. My new little tummy is working just fine! I went to my Dr 9 days post op and he said my incisions looked nice and clean. If anyone wants any info on my Dr I'll be glad to give just email me at judys1979@yahoo.com. I can't wait till a few months pass by, I'm thrilled to be on the losing side!!!" -

I'm finding it hard to believe that you are a true patient because everything you post is about YOUR doctor.. And asking people to send you a pm or an email if they have questions... -

Since they remove the producer of Ghrelin, does it really help u not be hungry?
No game replied to marfar7's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I think it goes in stages, at one to two months out hunger is not that present, but it does slowly return (I'm almost 5 months) so it's good to try and tackle the emotional part in the first few months. That is the hardest part for me because in the past I didn't eat for just hunger.. -
Kendisue, Fun, humor, fear and life changes are going on here! And I welcome your input. I find that in the most intense emotional conversation I must derail a bit before getting back on track (or topic)

I'm glad that you are getting the help that you need and it happened in a timely fashion.. Even better news about not needing another surgery. Just take it a day at a time and don't be timid about asking family and friends help with your children..

Hi Dean, Long time no see!! Today I wonder about my food addiction and what will come next. I do not see me EVER becoming addicted to exercise or even ever "loving" it. So I wonder is it possible to "cure" an addictive personality all together? Or do I have a rough road ahead of me because I have not found something yet to fill that hole..

No game replied to BriDawn's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
The hospital stay for me was like a vacation, private room...quite! Did I mention I have children? But really they keep a good eye on you and you will be busy with healing and getting well enough to go home. -
Can't get enough protein
No game replied to cabreralisa's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
You need the protein shakes especially in the first weeks. They help with the weight loss and the healing that you need to do.. You just have to do it... Simple as that. Consider it necessary medicine that is non negotiable. -
I had a banana two days ago! Yes Amy I threw caution to the wind, and ate it. It was good

Ezekiel bread is actually a nutty sandwich bread that contains absolutely no flour. Ezekiel bread is made from four grains and four beans. Typically it contains wheat, spelt or rye, barley, millet, lentils, great northern beans, kidney beans, and pinto beans. This unique combination of ingredients is based on the biblical verse of Ezekiel 4:9 which reads: "Take also unto thee wheat and barley and beans and lentils and millet and spelt and put them into one vessel and make bread of it."
