Girl that's my kind of turkey day!! We didn't get to the beach until 12pm Yes she has my body but in a size 2 and buff.. She was doing push-ups right after we ate.. You don't want to mess with that girl she will take you down even though she's short. She does cross fit and likes to kick the boys asses and she is the one to catch at her ROTC weekends... SHE DOES NOT TAKE AFTER ME IN THESE THINGS:p Her mama is a lazy slug

We had a great day! I drank a glass of wine and got a little tipsy though that's why all the big cheesy smiles My daughter does favor me..don't tell her though she hates it!! She's almost 18! And my son is 11 notice the height difference (not) How about you any turkey day pics??

I really didn't do that too much because it just added to the weight and misery before hand.. Every bit you gain is just more you need to take off.... I had one food funeral, It was ice cream. I can't even remember what flavor it was... I bought a pint and ate it. When I was done? Nothing...it didn't make me feel good or give me super powers.. It was just gone that's all. I guess what I'm saying is don't put yourself behind the eight ball more than you need too. Food will alway be there and this is not like going to the electric chair. You WILL be able to have all of those foods again (if you want to).
