How will this be different?

You've lost quite a bit of weight fast. This is just a "stall" period that your body is going through. Completely normal As for protein goals 60 grams of protein a day is a good target to hit. And yes walking at this point everyday is great.

See? I just wanted to say I'm having a biting my tongue moment now! I just read a post about someone being on full liquids but is eating things on the soft food phase and doing great! Do I feel like fighting with her about it yes! But no because its not worth it really. Except that's she's telling other newly sleeved people.. What a quandary indeed! So I will say it here. And by the way if you are eating food you are no longer on full liquids! -

Ha! Why bother with a pork bun when there are yummy things like fish paste dumplings and BBQ chicken feet! But really the pork bun would of been too filling and I wanted a bit of everything -
Perhaps the senior was having a "senior moment" and got the numbers wrong.,.

Good luck to you! If it doesn't get better, put a call into the doctor though

Also putting water flavoring drops help you be able to get more in, because after surgery water tends to sit "heavy" and using something to break up the water tension helps it pass through your stomach easier.
-
Ok then that's the first order of business for you! it sucks and its like a full time job at this point, But I see people here everyday ending up in the ER because of dehydration. You really need to measure out your 64 oz a day and drink it. I use a 32 oz water bottle and fill it several times a day.

Are you tracking how much water you are drinking in a day?

OMG!! You look great! I love that outfit and your beautiful smile to match

Well I hope they go away! I'm doing pretty good.. You know ups and downs, but this is life right? I still have my food battles ( as was addressed in "I just threw a napkin" thread) But that's momentary and I come here to rant and it all gets better Leeann you give me hope too! I am so glad you changed your mind and came back that day.. I didn't really know you then but I knew I would like you, and I was right!

Aw! He's fit and can eat a lot. That's like mine then! My husband is a hardcore mountain and road bicyclist, he "needs" to eat to not lose weight.. He LOVES exercise! How we got married and stayed married is a mystery to me -

My husband and children are fit, so this is truly only my problem I wonder if its harder to live with fit people that have no idea what your going through or someone overweight and still eating more than they know they should? I just told my husband that I would of snuck that chocolate upstairs and ate it by myself.. He was like "really?" And I told him "well could you imagine me getting that and sitting down next to you and eating it?" He said "no!" I said "you know as an healing "experiment" I should get that damn Sees egg and sit with you and eat it!!! Hehehe... -
I find a mojito on a hot day nice Just saying....
