Yeah!! Hummus is yummy!

Listen take your nap... I know I was tied a lot the first month or so too. But try to find some strength afterwards to do the hard work you have to do right now. Yes it involves blood sweat and tears but it will get better if you push through the tough spots. You need to force the water and walk, laying down is not helping with the acid I'm sure.

Oh and either boil your chicken it will make it moist or buy the canned chicken! You can make chicken salad with the canned. Or if you boil it you can shred it then add burrito spices and a bit of cheese, Tuna salad is good too. -

How about some turkey chili? Or meatloaf? Meatballs are good too. -
Can't argue that! I would blame the beans too! Damn veggies

I take it day by day! I am working on control right now... I mean if you think about that concept, it's all in our hands we have complete control and need to draw from that. What is causing me to eat? When I want to sneak something why? And what can I do to change that mindset and move on from the loop playing in my head. Easier said than some somedays, but when I can take a step back and look at it from the outside its pretty powerful. My word for the day is control

I have to try these... I have been using Annie's goddess dressing and well it's not good on the numbers but I always bought it because it had no sugars added oh and it tastes awesome

Haha see, I've never tried to eat just a salad because I've only just started eating them! I heard so much about them not sitting well that I put it off for a while (5 months) chicken yeah I can eat a couple of ounces if I make it (moist) But if someone tries to give me a piece of dried out chicken? One bite. That dressing they are taking about sounds good I might try it

You need to work on getting that Protein and Water in! It's like a full time job in the beginning but it has to be done. 60 grams of protein and 64oz of water. Water is "hard" in the beginning so you can put mio drops or something like it to break up the surface tension. But you need to do these things at least or your going to get weaker and more depressed.

Umm I will have to look at that! I'm actually having salad tonight for dinner... But I put roasted chicken on top so I eat maybe 1/2 cup salad?

At 4 months mine started coming out like crazy! And it lasted until recently (almost 6 months) When I put my hair in a ponytail or up there is so much less of it! But it has slowed way down now do I'm hopeful it will come back at some point -

Off topic but important to me at least!! The other thing on your list is probably broth... It will be a life saver or not... "Not" if its from a can! Bleh yucky and so on.. Make homemade or bribe someone to do it for you

This is a big problem lately... This is a surgery that is becoming extremely popular in just this last year alone. Welcome to our fast food nation mentality.. We want everything now and we want it easily! I don't put the blame you only for making a hasty decision, it's also the big business of the weight loss industry! You pass by billboards touting it. You watch commercials talking about it. And well all want a fast cure! It seems like a lot if people lately don't want to hear the downsides, the sacrifices you have to make for this surgery... This is a last resort! major surgery! If you are sick, dying from obesity it is an viable option, but it is drastic! And people need to be informed and listen with open ears and minds.. And not say **** like "well hopefully that won't happen to me" As for the way your feeling.. You know there is no going back now, what's done is done, The best thing you can do is accept it and not look back. You need to adjust your life and start everyday with a more positive attitude. You are alive and well, you have a family, and you need to take stock of these things and change your mindset to a more positive one. Counseling is a good thing, please look into that.
