That's what I'm thinking... It's just for the elitist snobs... I MEAN the people that have the extra income to circumvent the ads
-
I don't know about the chat room.. I've never used it and wouldn't mind if they did away with it for good (sorry) but I think the premium option will cut out the ads? Right I'm thinking for the ones that don't want to pay it will stay the same??? Right Alex?

Good! i like the cereal bit because its a little decadent I wonder if it would be better on your system too! Since you've cut out all greasy type foods (meats) already? I'm six months out and about a month ago I had a little bit of a carls junior "low carb" burger (no bun) and hello! The bathroom and I became inseparable the next few days -

Please just get out at least once an hour to walk ! You are going to be at greater risk for a blood clot from all that sitting in the car -

How about, Of course the serving size would be much smaller Healthy Oven Fried Chicken Tenders Submitted by: MANDI_CAN Introduction We prefer these over FRIED! Soooo delicious, and easy too!!!! Minutes to Prepare: 15 Minutes to Cook: 20 Number of Servings: 3 Ingredients 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup skim milk 2 cups corn flakes cereal seasoned salt (optional) garlic salt (optional) Preheat oven to 350. Crush cornflakes (I use my food processor) until broken into tiny pea-size and smaller pieces. Place crumbs in large bowl with lid (Crumbs get moist and don't stick well if you dip one piece of chicken at a time). Cut chicken into strips and dip in milk; place half of dipped chicken in bowl of crumbs. Shake well to cover; repeat with other half of chicken. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and place chicken in pan. If you like extra crunchy chicken you can re dip them in the crumbs. Sprinkle with seasonings if desired. Cook 20-25 minutes...or until inside of tenders are white. Umm... Does not sound fun to say the least. But I will say that you would need to get out of the car every hour to walk about ten minutes. I would also suggest that if you are going to do it, To break it up into 2 days! But I don't know... I think you should just consider flying. -
Wow that kinda sounds like she did a bait and switch on you! So she wanted you to lose weight to see if you where serious? But now that you lost a few pounds to prove so she says "I think you can do it without surgery... So what if you had not lost it? Sounds like she might have been against it from the get go? I would ask her where is the logic in that? And by the way most of us can lose weight in the short term, duh! It's keeping it up and keeping it off that is the problem 0_o

handling negative WLS opinions

What does one do when they have no insurance or the funds for the follow up care, meds, and supplements after they come home from Mexico? And if one does not have insurance how do they handle securing medical care once back in the states if in fact they do end up having complications? I understand that some here believe that Mexico is "better" than the states and have "less" complications... Whether or not that is true is debatable. I guess what I'm saying is, this surgery will cost money afterwards too.. And wouldn't it be a good idea to have finances and insurance in place back in the states before getting a surgery in Mexico or anywhere for that matter?? -
Bless those sweet innocent babies...

high protein tofu from trader joes
No game replied to pottergirl's topic in Vegetarian, vegan, raw foods
To dry fry, I cut up my tofu and SLOW fry it with no oil or butter on a non stick griddle or you can use a cast Iron pan. I fry it on a lower heat to get the moisture out and crisp it up. I buy mine at trader joes (extra firm) Also after you dry fry it you can do different things with it...like marinade in anything (it is tasteless so will soak up any flavor) and stir fry with veggies I like it marinaded sometimes but I will also eat it just straight from the fridge cold after dry frying it -

Or dry fry, it's my preferred way! I just eat it cold after as a snack or dip it in hummus. -
Ok on this note I gotta get my fat ass up and exercise!!
