  1. I live in California and can find them here so I ordered a small case of of amazon for 25 dollars the eat by date is pretty long so it works our having 6 packages bought at once. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B007YURQVU/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?qid=1369541562&sr=8-3π=SL75 I will pull up the thread about them hold on
  2. Hehe I normally don't eat them every day but yesterday I had 2! I like them! The strawberry and other fruit ones are meh.. But I like the plain and the onion ones! They are more of a crunchy vehicle to transport food to your mouth They are very mild in taste I will make tuna and have an open face sandwich with one or eat it with hummus. I would say try them if your like me your not eating bread really so they are a good alternative.
  3. Hi it's not the best menu I'm boring at food! Here's screen shots from yesterday
  4. Thanks! I was looking for this! And I could not remember which thread it was in! I'm going to paste it here hope Susan doesn't mind.. FROM SUSAN; Hey guys, I haven't posted in this thread in ages. I was having a horrible time maintaining my weight for a while there, and gained a ton back. Considering I live with a personal trainer/nutritionist, I really had no excuse. But like he said, he couldn't force me to get back on track, it had to be my decision. I found that eating 800-1000 calories a day during the initial weight loss period is one thing, but for me, it just wasn't realistic to continue to do that for the rest of my life. I felt absolutely lousy, no energy and was even getting depressed. So, I finally decided to listen to my fiance's advice (gosh, I hated doing that and admitting he was right, lol) and started eating at my tdee for eight weeks. For me, that was 1,875 calories a day. I gained about eight pounds during that time, but Bill had warned me that would happen while my metabolism went through an adjustment period and would attempt to store everything I ate because it was so used to me depriving my body of the fuel it needed to just to breathe and be alive. Then, my metabolism leveled out and so did my weight. So, I then started eating at a 20% deficit of my tdee. And, I started losing weight again. Now, I have added weightlifting in at least four days a week, so on those days, I eat around 1,900 to 2,000 calories a day. I have to tell you, I have more energy and feel better than I have in about three years. It feels amazing to be fueling my body, and strengthening it at the same time. I have finally found a form of exercise that I love. And, the weight and inches are dropping, which makes me so happy! I am eating a ton of protein, which is how I am able to give my body more calories on the limited amount I am able to eat a time. Anyways, this is working for me. It may not be something for everyone, but I thought I would share what has finally helped get me back on track.

    Where is the ecuadorian faker?!

These remarks are just snapshots of each of us they do not define any of us as a meanie or a purist who has never done anything wrong.. Some of us are having a great day , some of us may not.. For some fraud may strike a personal cord.. This thread is pointless I'm sure... But it was a human curiosity to know what was going on in something as salacious as the insurance fraud thing because the person brought it to us. On that note I spent the afternoon with a friend that has a few days of life left. He was fine and "healthy" two weeks ago and now He will die. He is a good and moral man but you now what they say about the good. Life is unfair sometimes all of us just want to vent about that, and it comes out in many different ways...

    Where is the ecuadorian faker?!

I don't think being called an Ecuadorian is an insult?? Now if I called someone a f**king spoiled brat b***h. Who has lost her moral compass and claims to be a daughter of god and proud Christian? THAT would be an insult!

    I miss carbonation!

I understand the sweet, I get a sweet tooth too:) Glad your steering away from the soda! When I want a treat or chocolate I eat the sugar free pudding cups.

    Where is the ecuadorian faker?!

I guess you could of just printed her full name since she gave it to all of us! And I think it should be said that she herself referred to herself as Ecuadorian... It was part of her justification that she was born and raised there. That's just this what this Portuguese/German Girl thinks anyway

    Where is the ecuadorian faker?!

Ugh.. I guess I will be the gossip.. She was a young woman that came on here early this week and started a thread about how she committed fraud with her insurance company by faking a letter from a PCP stating she did a six month required diet.... She thought it was cute and funny..

It's going to be slow going getting anything in for awhile... You are going to have to take in small amounts at a time.. And go very slow. In the first month it's going to feel like a full time job getting just your liquids in because it is! It will get better, but it takes time for your stomach to heal.. My bad digestion and weird pains did not go away until way after the month mark. Things are going to hurt a bit that's normal. I still don't know exactly what you are trying to eat? But sticking to a full liquid diet (including shakes) would probably be best even if you can eat soft food at this point.
