    I would get a case of premier pre made protein drinks they are 5 dollars off a case until June 2nd (Limit 2) these are quite good and many people here drink them.. There is a coupon in the mailer but they should automatically deduct for the price at the register just make sure.

    Sounds interesting I did my purée stage so long ago it's a distant mushy memory But the one thing I thought if point out is a serving at that point will be more like 1/4 cup not 1/2 cup.. But 10 grams of protein is still pretty good

    Yes stay away from fibrous fruit.. Like I said chicken and rice are really not good this soon out and can cause problems.. You stomach at this point is still numb, so you really can't tell if something goes down well.. the next stage is purée and should be measured only 1/4 cup at a time. It night be a good idea to find a nutritionist in your town to help you through the stages..

    Best thing to do us call the doctor and ask him/her what the want you to take. Some docs will prescribe a ppi heartburn med or tell you to buy and over the counter one like Prilosec.

    I'm sorry but for the clear liquid stage the only comfort/sustenance you get comes from broth (Or stock John ) And if you can't do homemade? I would find someone that you can and buy beg or steal it from I did homemade.. It's really easy then you can shred and feed the chicken to the family.
