Hehehe... I think you will be good at home because on my pre op I went from telling my husband "wake me when it done" to wanting to kill someone to freaking out about the actual surgery -

Yep yeah uh ha... So three scenarios here... 1. go and follow religiously your pre op diet ( the hardest choice) 2. Stay home and prepare for surgery. 3. Go and try not to cheat... But you might slip up because you are out having fun. And most likely will relax the normal rules in life. Me??? I'd chose # 2 Because I know if I went even with the best intentions (#1) I'd end up being #3.... -

It's hard! The first thing I always do is negate it by pointing out something negative about myself or making a joke.. But I am trying! I find if you just force yourself to say "thank you" It's over with pretty fast and painless -

Shoot I don't want to talk about those! I had a mishap tonight with those! Ok long story... We have a mouse (or a rat) that came into the garage the other night, and until we know he's dead I'm putting the bread and my pops I'm the oven over night... Well tonight I'm cooking dinner for the ingrates I call my family and guess who turned on the oven? MY PRECIOUS POPS!!!!!!!
