    Ignore user?

Ah I'm glad you asked it's great stuff!! I'm serious it really does taste just like orange crush soda! I buy it a Safeway grocery store it's by all the water enhancers each packet in the box makes 20 oz but I push up the water to almost 30 and its still good.. Oh and very good super cold with ice! How's that for a thread high jack
  3. Good job Leeann my loss is 2.5 so I'm pretty happy we will see if it sticks...if it does I will add it to my ticker but I'm going to wait a few days to see. But I must say I feel hunger today! Once a piggy always a piggy
  4. Molly I saw you posts last night about the bruising.. Girl a lot of people bruise it has nothing to do with the doctor! That one girl that posted her belly pictures she looked great! Oh and her incisions? My scars still don't look that good 7 months out
  5. Really? Well I have nothing bad to say about him Because I know he's a quality surgeon. Weird I just assumed they all stitched....

    YES Whey or NO Whey!?

They say that they 100% whey and And I read that they have a PDCAAS 100. They have 25g Protein and100 calories. But whoa they cost a lot! Not for me Plus I like my shakes
  7. Is this an issue??? I mean are there doctors that don't stitch over the staples??
  8. You had me until you said this..... From experience I can say that the sleeve in no way makes you change your ways. This has to come from you. You still have to work at putting the right things in your body. And not "cheat" it by eating junk (slider) foods. At 7 months out this is my biggest challenge eating healthy and not giving into those old feelings of wanting to binge on a bag of chips. The best thing I can say is "eyes wide open" Know that this is something that goes hand in hand with making better choices and exercise

    Have stalled at 6 months

Still right where I was before.... I have stepped up exercise a bit but no changes In weight. I changed up calories this week but haven't weighed yet so we will see. I feel like I lost a bit but I don't really count a loss until it sticks for more than a day..
  10. I like coming here. to listen to and exchange ideas. We all HAD the same problem to start with an unhealthy relationship with food and a resulting obesity problem.. Fast forward to today. This surgery affected all of us differently whereas some of the girls here (me included) are still trying to get to a healthy weight. Others (like Aussie) have had far different experiences with the sleeve... That is they are dealing with to much weight loss or in Aussies case all of the weight loss because of not being able to keep food down.., It's hard for me to imagine what people like that are going through. I am sure that its hard for her to imagine what I'm going through.

    Tuna?!

Haha.. Well I had a purée stage and trust me I said I would never purée ANYTHING! Well when I finally got to that stage? I puréed chicken, gravy and watery instant mashed potatoes with glee!!! I don't care what anyone says I was HUNGRY
  12. My word!!! I sleep and all the excitement starts! First off feedyoureye, happy birthday! My birthday is on Friday (47) go Gemini's'!!! Ok as for the 5:2 fast it's not a fast in a traditional sense. And I've read about it and thought I would join in. Yes I'm not as far out as most girls here but I like to try things out for the experience. Aussie I'm also on the C25k thread with some of the veterans... If you want to yell at someone for making me do something silly PLEASE yell at them! I'm hating it and feel like I'm going to die every time I run I found yesterday interesting in the sense that I was hungry a lot,,,, it surprised me and made me think about my daily eating habits and though I track my food my eating style tends to be grazing all day... This week will be challenging I realized last night.. My husband has these things he wants to do involving food.. It's our anniversary this weekend also, so he wants to take off all up and down the coast and has mentioned everything from going to Pescadero for fresh artichoke garlic bread (you buy it warm from the oven and f**k its good) Goat cheese and wine. Then the next day going to Monterey and spend the night.. Again food and drink! I also have a party on Sunday for a friend that I might go to.. So my life is food food food everywhere. No worries about me wasting away
  13. So I sent you a PM but as always it doesn't go through. And I'm to lazy to write it all again. So now you can weed through the bull to see what talking about (pretty please ) The conversation between ms antiBand and I http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/83015-why-so-many-my-journey-with-so-and-so-in-mexico-posts/

    Yo Alex! Lets talk Mexico..

Alex, I have an iPhone and still have all the same issues with the app that I've been telling you about. I have only a little more hair to pull out so I hope they get fixed at some point (to pushy) My biggest gripes are crashing several times a day and I can only receive about 10 PMs from any given user on any given topic before I can't see them any more and get this "parse error" notice. Therefore any correspondence I have with people here for a length of time (and trust me its a lot) I have to leave the app and go to the mobile site? To read and answer! Hey you asked
