  2. Girl look down.... I know after my surgery I was so swollen. my stomach looked like frankenbelly for weeks that and the IV fluids, yes you will be up... I didn't step on the scale for over a week after surgery.
  3. From what I've read you have a the sleeve right? But a different type of sleeve than most of us.. You said he did a sleeve plication? I am confused about that part... So in a normal sleeve plication they fold and suture the stomach. But on yours he took out some stomach? Then stapled, folded and sewed? I don't know how that works, but perhaps that why your pain is so much more intense?
  4. one thing though, did you check your conversations section to make sure it went through? Sometimes it doesn't send and will not be in your conversations. If it is there.. Well then she just isn't answering.
  5. Looks like she hasn't been on since earlier this morning... I'm sure she will see it when she logs back on

    A little help

You will end up in the hospital again if you don't get more water in! A cup a day is not going to make it Try using a pitcher to hold your liquids for the day and fill a shot glass ( around an ounce or so) and drink it every 15 minutes and so on through the day. And take the pain meds, I was in pain the first week and and not ashamed to say I took my meds

    Revising from Sleeve to Bypass...

Hi, A nutritionist is good to help "choose" the right foods. But I think to help the underlying issues of a food disorder a therapist would be a better choice. Here is an example of a disorder eating therapy center by me.. http://www.eatingdisordersanjose.com/our-therapists/ ( Particularly the binge eating)

    Vistion problems

Are you still taking them or wearing the patch? The patch is notorious for vision problems (temporary) If you are still on the meds or patch I would put a call into your doc. And let them know because it could become a problem.

A little hard when you are A.D.D.. **** see after typing that I forgot most of it But coops, yay!!! We are "twinsies" I was at 163 yesterday too (- 1 pound this week) I haven't weighed yet today but hoping it sticks around and them some Georgia, girl your loss is amazing! It sounds like most of us are down this week. I like what I'm seeing Oh and FYE I love getting from one "tens" place to the other! I loved moving from the 170's to the 160's now if I can get to the 150's in the next couple of weeks life will be good!

Yes, sometimes I tell people I should of had a lobotomy instead! You have lost weight don't lose sight of that! You can do this no matter what you chose It's hard... harder than anything but it can be done.

    Revising from Sleeve to Bypass...

I'm glad that's an option now! It's not perfect either (I say that because I go, but have my moments still) but having a trained therapist help you work through it does help.
