Homemade?? Well I eat a piece of low sodium turkey meat, Or all the other stuff we said on the last post. If you need crunch try kims magic pops They sell them on amazon if you can't find them in your area, One of those with hummus, or tuna etc is very good

SO does you fat giggle like JELL-O now?
No game replied to nursesettie's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hehe.. Your right it's blank on the computer? I can see it on the app though... Here you go, I have been fat forever. I am now almost 2 months past surgery. My body is changing very rapidly. The problem is, my fat was usually very, how can I say, solid ( It did not giggle). Loving the weight loss but I got a good look in a mirror( trying on smaller clothes) and my fat is so different it is very squishy and when I move it giggles. I know that I am loosing it but it looks so bad. Does it get better? I have never had giggle legs and belly before. I even think my smaller bum is giggling. I do love that I can wear smaller sizes but I cant wear shorts because my legs look so bad. May be I should tan or something. And the hair loss is coming on strong. So many body issues I never thought of. I am still glad I had the surgery and I am eating right and exercising to. I love my VSG, it is a great tool. I know that this time I will succeed. I am shock by my body morphing to a smaller person. Changes are happening so quickly. I have lost 48 lbs and 34 have been since surgery. I was a size 24 and now I am in a size 18. I bought a very thigh sized 16 that I will wear in a few weeks. -

Re: Last time I checked, this was the "Man Room"
No game replied to Ms.AntiBand's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
The complaints were not just from a few women. To be fair, there are a few men too, who complained about women being in the men's room. Oh, great to see you PDX! Hope all is going well -
losing a few more pounds, my protein drink is acting up again
No game replied to CowgirlJane's topic in WLS Veteran's Forum
Cowgirl I know I still love my premier shakes! I find that a 7oz container of Fage plain Greek and stevia fills me up just as well.. I know it's not as convenient but.. And yogurt doesn't give the same stomach troubles as other dairy for me. -
trying to change my inner voice
No game replied to cindymaried's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
There you go! Attitude is key here! I can change my whole day depending on my mood. I'm glad you are taking the time to look at your inner voice and change it to something more positive. The first week is hard for sure. But the difference between success and "regret" is attitude! You have so much to be happy and thankful for. I feel BLESSED yep blessed that I was given this opportunity! Corny I know but hey.. Be strong and happy for you and your son that is to young to be worrying about his mom. -
I've been meaning to try these they are definitely easy enough! http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/87618-banana-pancakes-no-flour-only-2-ingredients-bananas-and-eggs/page__fromsearch__1

I don't really worry about my carbs.... Because most days are high Protein and complex carbs from veg and fruit. Not to say that I don't have a "treat" during the week, because trust me I do! But meals are meat and veg. I like to keep it simple. Yes Fage plain with stevia and frozen blueberries! My favorite thing in the world Lynda

Words for the day "pork scratchings" And "gacking" love it! Oh and "chuffed to beans" Globe hang in there, I read your other post in the vets section 1600 calories on a feed day? I don't think that's cringe worthy. Dee (swizzly) I will try and remember to call you that, but my memory is shot so forgive if I forget? Mg2? Nine pounds? Awesome Coops husband took a picture? Better show us! Ok fast day for me.. I'm still at 160! After all of my feast days, a little magic is right!
