The same thing has happened to me. I've been trying to chew my food slower and just eat slower in general because I feel like I need to eat the full amount on my plate and then all of a sudden I've eaten more than I should have. It's been helping a little bit but I'm also trying to stick to more healthy foods, as I feel like I'm starting to get back into the crappy food routine again and that scares me. Also, I wasn't a huge fan of the protein shakes but I've been trying to have them again at least once a day. I'm sorry I'm not more help but I hope you got something out of this
