I know brandy. It is so hard and frustrating. I felt embarrassed to tell my family I have stopped loosing. But please listen to me. It will start again. Im 5 weeks and stalled the last 2 weeks and just started loosing again. Lost 4# in 2 days. It's so hard to hang in there but it will start again. I promise. Hugs. -
I know that protein rebuilds the muscle from loosing weight but why is it important to get in 40-60 grams of protein a day to assist weight loss?

I am trying to be positive and work the plan but its disheartening sometimes. I have had my gall bladder removed so.....

GREAT JOB! Really kinda hard for me to feel that way at this stage though.

I love meat. Like seriously have always been able to sit down with a plate of steak or chicken and nothing else. Now when I need the protein every time I eat meats I get sick (nausea then throw up). Why?

Just so I'm understanding correctly, if I can hear and feel my stomach "growl" it's actual hunger and not head hunger right? I see a lot if people say it's head hunger but I'm pretty sure I'm really hungry. I can hear it. -

Sleeved oct 8th. I am 42 yo and now have one child 2 yo. I am from decatur, alabama. I am really surprised that there are not more people on here from alabama since we are second only to mississippi in highest number of obesity. I am stalled at 19# and frustrated. Don't know what to eat. Add me on mfp so I can get ideas. User name wendy8802.
