o forgot to say i seen him on 11/5 so that would have been 6pds lost in six days

before surgery i weight 208 i had my visit with my andmy weight was 202 so down 6pds..how about yourself?

i also had my sleeve done 10/30 and been on fluids and been feeling very hungry i went out and bought me the muscle light protein shake and has help with being hungry i start phase 2on Friday can't way..
