Thank you for the advice I tell myself it will be better and worth it -
I'm Pre op with headaches but it's because I've been decreasing my caffeine. Usually during any of my many diets before coffee was my crutch now I'm paying the price

All I was told was two shakes that are under 200 calories and 20 gram protien along with lean and green. I'm doing the Body by Vi shakes they have 90 calories and 12 grams protien so I actually end up with 4 shakes and dinner

Dec 14th for me....day two on protein shakes and lean and green dinners. -
I am on Pre op diet day 2....I wake up each morning and say today will be the fattest day I will ever be for the rest of my life. That gives me the motivation to be strong.

Thanks....I am excited at least when I heard there was a problem I already had a plan in place. I'm 33 and the reason I decided on the sleeve was because I wanted to fix the problems before they started.

Found out at Pre-op appointment I have crazy high blood pressure. Pcp thinks he can get it down in time for Dec. 14th surgery. That just added one more reason to the list of many why this is a good choice to me. I've always been a healthy fat person (or so my blood test and pressure would show) Proof even if you can run and try hard our bodies are not meant to take that kind of weight abuse. I am so ready to be freed from the weight!!!!

I was sad about the thought of losing my boobies because they were really the only thing I had going for me. My hope is now the rest of my body will better also. I have always lived with the idea as long as they stick out farther then my belly I'm happy. I just need to make my belly smaller. Dec 14th can not come soon enough -
Am trying to not be so obsessed but everything I do makes me think about the 14th. I've only recently decided this was right for me. I can't image how it must feel to wait forever for insurance companies. Guess that's the only perk of being a self pay. I'm sure I'm not the only obsessed one out there.
