I need motivation, I have relayed and need help getting back on track. I'm stuck at 270 and I know why. But do anyone have and food suggestion and workout plans.

I had my surgery 8/6/12 starting at 370. As of today I'm weighing in at 277. I know I have lost a lot of weight, but its still more to lose. I'm going to take all the advice I can get. If you need more information I'm willing to share.

Have anyone after surgery have a high sex drive? I mean before surgery it was ok but it seem like now I can't control and my boyfriend is loving it. I'm not complaining just making is it normal?

My doctor told me the same thing, but I didn't believe him lol. We use protection, but thanks and good luck on your surgery.

I have ate today, I know what I've ate but I feel fill and stuff, but the sad thing if I feel so bad and depressed. I really need help with this one.

Thank you I really needed that. Yes I have already been sleeved for about 4months. I brought carbs back into my diet and ever since then I can't stop craving them I try not think about them, but it's hard. I eat then get full the like an hour later eat something again. I love my results so far from losing weight.

I'm feeling the same way, I'm always cold and shivering. When I was heavier I was always hit and sweating lol. I want to say it's a good thing, but I don't like to be cold lol. -
Have been cooking and eating and did the samething yesterday, when i eat I wait a couple of hours to eat again. What should I do because tomorrow I'm going back to my regular eating habits. it's only like I eat 6 bites or less and I'm full.

I waited for 2wks after my surgery because it was still sore. But when you feel comfortable do it lol.
