Hey sleevers! I just recently started my pre op multi vitamin which is a chewable....normal I can handle things of this nature but not these they are gross and make me sick....any suggestions.... Do you think I could just take them like a pill or put them in my shakes. Help!!!!

So I have been going to the gym daily and going by my diet to a T but I'm still nit listing any weight. What dues everyone pre op do for exercise? What an I doing wrong?

I have been choking them down with jello. Should be good enough! At least they are getting in my system right?

I have been following my pre op diet taking my pre op vitamins and exercising daily but I am not losing any weight. Does anyone have any suggestions so I can get some results

Mostly except Thanksgiving and Christmas that was hard. And yeah I feel starved but its all with it right? 3 months down and 3 to go =)

Body fortress whey protein. And I don't use dressing of any kinds it's not allowed. And no coupons either

Protein shake for breakfast and lunch and salad with grilled chicken for dinner and lots of water

My six year old is really supportive..if I get off my pre op diet she gets on to me. Its really cute but I'm not sure she really knows then extent of the surgery -
Thanks everyone you ask are a true inspiration! I am arriving with the surrey this time. Exercising isan issue because I can't find anything that I like to do. Hopefully I will find something soon. I am ready to shed some pounds even before surgery. Such with me and keep inspiring me so I stay motivated. You can even email me or find me on Facebook

Hi everyone. My name is Jami. I am 3 months into my 6 month pre op. However I have found myself not sticking with the things that my doctor had asked of me. I have quit smoking but I am having terrible with the diet and exercise part. If any of you would want to help be my support rand motivation I would deeply appreciate it. My friends just don't understand the concepts of this process

Went to doc today. No change in weight so either way he wasn't to upset with me. I have to kick it full gear soon. And also I have to make my family doctor understand that things have to get done asap

I have fallen off my diet after doing it for three weeks. I go to the doctor tomorrow and I'm afraid of what few will say. I do exercise daily and I watch what I eat but I didn't go by his strict rules =( anyone have this problem

Having a lot of relationship and financial issues and that's why I fell off. I'm scared they aren't going to let me have the surgery

I need a support system. Some people to remind me daily to stay motivated. I am on this 6 month pre op and I did good first day and not too bad second day but I feel myself wanting to give in. Anyone out there pre op want to help me or even you post op people. Please I don't want to fail

I assumed they wanted me to start this diet asap. And yes I understand it is for insurance purpose what I don't understand is why my diet is so strick compared to everyone else.

1000 Cal here. One shake for bfast and one for lunch then one small meal for dinner which consists of protein and greens only 3~4 oz.
