I LOVE my vitamix. Yes folks made fun of me paying that much for a BLENDER, but trust me, it is much more than that. I see if being used al lthe time on the food network programs on TV, like Iron Chef and Chopped, etc. It reminders me of the old timex watches..... they take a licking but keep on ticking. It even comes with a 7 yr warranty.
