    I'm here also, have lost 31 lbs but have been stalled for almost 3 weeks. I also have made some poor food choices and find it hard to fit exercise in ky schedule. I have got to get on track again and do this!!!

    I too am getting discouraged. The weight just isnt coming off. I was sleeved 10/17. I weighed 250.6 the day before surgery and today weighed 247.8. I can tell i am losimg inches bit would like to see it on the scale as well.

    I am really getting depressed about my weight loss or not weight loss. I am losing about 2 lbs a week. It seems everyone else is dropping a lot faster. I was 270 and now 248, not bad but not great either. I guess I am just scared it's not working, like everything else i have tried.

    Kmastden- where do you get the intek from? Ebay doesnt have it and i live in a very small town in Missouri that doesnt offer much. Is there a website?

    What brand of unflavored Protein do you use? Is it really unflavored? I tried again this morning drinking my Protein shake and cant do it, i gag everytime. I have spent so much $ on so many different brands and i cant drink any of them. Also, do you think not getting enough protein will slow my weight loss? I am only losing about 2 lbs a week since my surgery. It seems like everyone else is losing substantial amounts.

    I also had my surgery the 17th of October. I'm a lil disappointed or maybe jealous because i have only lost 10 lbs simce a week before my surgery. I have however been eating soft foods for a few days now. My stomach can tolerate them, so is it ok? I'm not doing good at all with my protein shakes. I can't get them down. Any suggestions?
