I am a little less than 3 months and I am approved for salads. It goes down great. I usually do a spinach salad with grilled chicken or shrimp.

So I use to have costco, but my membership expired. My Fiance's Grandma gave him a membership to Sam's club. What are you favorite go to items? I think I'm going to stock up on stuff this weekend. Thanks in advance!

Like I said, I do think it is unethical. I agree completely, but I do think it's being blown out of proportion.

And also like I said in my post, Fiancé was at one time my boss. We are happy and in love. I did not feel like I was taken advantage of, nor did he use his authority to persuade me to have sex with him. I don't think that is the issue with the OP either. It was a bad choice she made and now it's time for her to take action ( by contacting the company)and get over it. Now if she said no and he was still trying to persuade her, then that's a different story. Because then she would have done it out of guilt, and that's just plain wrong

It seems like she was in sound mind to me, enough to correspond with him for over a month and give a great review of him on this site.

My $0.02. First of all I am very sorry that this happened to the OP, however I can already feel the heat for what I am about to say. It seems as though from what everyone has discussed this was a consensual sexual relationship between two adults. To me. putting this post out there was kind of premature. I understand the whole fact that you wanted to warn people, but honestly if someone wants to sleep with someone after 4 days of knowing them then it's probably going to happen with someone else anyway. If that Dr. would have pulled those lines on me I would have felt flattered but obviously would have thought he was trying to pull one over on me and denied him. The reason I am saying this is because it HAS happened to me in a different situation. I have had my Dentist, male nurse, and Teacher's assistant (in college) ask me out. My Fiancé' now (and have a kid with) was my manager. Even though he was in a position of power, and probably told me every line in the book, does not mean that I was taken advantage of. I understand that it is different when you are having surgery but the principals are the same. Do I think it is unethical? Yes I do Do I think that the OP is to blame? Yes, partly Do I think action should be taken against him? Sure, if you feel that's right Do I think that that this is blown out of proportion? Yup. Sorry You can call be cruel, not caring, dumb, or any other choice words. But the fact still remains she was happy to sleep with him. And if he was still telling her all the things she wanted to hear then this would have never came up. She feels slighted (which is understandable) but it should be left at that.

You could have fooled me that you were 60!!!! I did it for 60% look and 40% health. I don't have any health problems now but I am terrified to get them. I know I will always have some body issues but I have never in my adult life been skinny. So it is a dream of mine.

I was in the same boat. I was lucky to have my appointment in January, SO I wore heavy clothes, drank 16oz, ate something, had heavy jewlery on, and some change in my pockets. Hahah every ounce counted. I weighed in with a BMI of 40.3.

If you use the gummy Vitamins then I would suggest taking an Iron pill. That’s what I do. I physically can not stomach chewable vitamins, they make me puke. The iron pills do make me nauseous so I take one very other night before bed. That way I sleep it off.

I am so confused?? Why is this even an issue?? If people want/need to go to Mexico then that is their personal decision. If they sing their praises then again, it's their right. I'm not even sure why you would post this.
