    I am 2 weeks away from my 6 months mark and am down 66 pounds! It feels ridiculously slow but I eat sweets and never exercise. I am finally feeling better and stronger so I actually want to exercise now! Never thought I'd say that! I need to reel on tne diet for some personal events coming up but I know with this tool I can do it!

    Omg yes! I am ridiculously depressed despite having dropped 4 sizes in less than 4 months! My pounds aren't dropping very fast and that causes anxiety! I can eat basically anything and yes I still cope with sugar..... It's so strange but the day after a bad sugar binge, I am majorly down.... I am stressed over being a super slow loser...... So I eat crap! Definately have a lot of learning to do on the proper use of my new tool!

    I am almost 4 months out- surgeon was Dr. Bonner in Katy- i'm from Baytown- 45 yrs old- highest 285, surgery 273, current 238. Slow and steady has gotten me from a 24 to an 18. And I FEEL GREAT!!

    I confess: I eat too much still. I confess: I drink sonic diet cranberry limeade I confess: I don't count anything( Protein or calories) I confess: I am a great Vitamin taker & Water drinker. I confess: to eating 4 donuts last week... In one day. I confess: I am figuring out I will work harder than my sleeve if I want to lose weight.

    Try an antacid daily and drink water when you feel that "feeling". Usually always works!

    SAME HERE! So glad to see I'm not alone! 10/29 to now and only down 32! Sizes have gone down a lot but good grief! Hungry ALOT... Any advice????
