I am schedule for Jan 4 at int hospital

i just went to see my PCP and ask for a full panal to get on top of me post op care and she sat there and tried to talk me out of it for an hour. She would come back to it 4 times. she is like my hands are tied of anyhitng goes wrong and you have complications. I said great I will just die then. those are my options. Die a slow fat deathor die a little sooner maybe thinner.. Jesus.

At the complication board. OMG. now that scared the pants off me. Other news I went and saw my pain manager today and kinda brought it up. She said I am going to call this doctor right now and find out more details for you. Her husband is an anesthesiologist and worked in Mexico. Maybe I can get some good info On dr. Ponce de leon. It didn't hurt that I made her a knitted scarf either! Don;t go reading those complication boards!

Well I applied for my passport card yesterday. I hope it arrives in time for Janaury 4.

I never quire How to read a food label. I mean I understand kinda but today it hit me. I am pre op and trying to do What I would be doing with the sleeve to prepare and I was purchasing some Greek yogurt and that was easy. My daughter asked me to get sour cream for Turkey tacos. So I read that label. I normally get the full fat kind and so I looked at the label for the fat free and I was able to understand even though It's lower in fats and a slight decline in calories but there is more sugar. So I am staying away from sugar and even though It's full fat it has less sugar and in moderation It's in reality a better choice. I personally had greek yogurt as sour cream on my taco lettus wrap and I was happy with it But for the first time in my life I feel like I have a grasp on labels.
