Do you know any particular brand of multivitamin, like you said if I get the bariatric multivitamin I dont have to take the 2nd multivitamin, I currnetly just take a swallowable pill centurum I dont think its doing much.
Im going to purchase the Bariatric Advantage multivitamin, seems to be a lot more potent for my situation, also the sublingual B12 and everything else.
