    Well done guyz. My update is im down from a size 22/24 to a size 16/18. Ive gone from 110.3kg to my current weight of 77.6kg. Thats around a 32kg loss in 7 months.

    Well done, keep up the good work. My surgey was on 21/12/12, i weighed 243.1lb now at 6 months i weight 180.5lb, down 62lb in total. Still have a long way to go.
