I'm so glad I'm not the only one this has happened to!! (Sorry) I've had I've cream twice and never (?) again?! I've had the cramping a few other times when I've forgotten to take my Pepcid. My nut was a little confused/uncertain about it since I can drink milk/ eat cheese and other dairy. It sucks but I'm also happy abt it lol

Thanks paper1875- I usually get at least 70g protein a day, usually more. how much more do you think I should get? And abt 50-70 ounces if water.

Hey paper1875 I'm in East Patchogue too!! I was sleeved on April 17, down 59lbs. And I still get tired!!! I am feeling an increase in my energy level overall but still find I feel more tired than I think I should at times. I really just started exercising, I had wanted to prior to now but this is when i started.I haven been able to eat everything except ice cream. Probably a blessing though right??

I'm going to Dr Brathwaite with Winthrop Hospital. Every doctor I have gone to for the testing have said he is a great doctor and recommend him. He's located in Patchogue and Mineola. Good luck!!

I have been in this forum for a while, reading everyone's experiences. I was approved and got my date today- April 17th! I am excited but soooo nervous. I'm worried that something will happen to me, that I won't be successful, that I can't do it, that there will be alot of pain, and I'm worried alot about excess skin. . My partner is very supportive, my parents are semi supportive, I have a young baby and I just want to feel good again!!! I guess I'm just looking for feedback from everyone who has gone through it or is at the same point as me!!

Hi everyone, I am in the pre surgical testing phase, but I am really concerned about excess skin after the weight loss. Can you share your experiences with how much you've lost, how long its been since your surgery, and how you have dealt with excess skin? I will not be able to afford surgery to remove it probably ever and I'm afraid it will put a real damper on my experience if its bad enough . Thanks!!

My doctor's office has a clothing exchange, maybe your dr might start one?
