dont feel bad I cheated on day five then i was so scared that i never did it again i dont think one slip will hurt u just keep on track and it will be very hard. good luck

I had mine done in the 24 as well am really sore but getting better.

day 4 of surgery and sore and its hard to drink water or anything when does it get easier????

Im on day four the pain is not so bad but last night jest really sore i think the worst thing was getting all that gas they pump u up with..

I think thats alot of peoples problems we find comfort in food i know for sure i do u can do this!!!!it will pass and u will be glad u did this and it will make u a stronger person good luck. -
i think it good that u see u have a problem with eating it is weird we can wait to get the surgery and then we people start to notice us we feel uncomfortable someone told me when u have this surgery it wont fix all your problems u have to work on them and i think that all u have to do is start working on u and u can do it good luck

It's ok but let me tell u it's hard omg I cheated on day five all I can say is don't its not worth it and the worry you'll be ok this may sound silly but one thing that helps me is lemon water real lemons cut up I don't know why but it takes my mind off food ... U can do it!!! -

not wanting to go any where feel depressed hating how i look and my life was just passing me by I would walk short distance and be out of breath walking up stairs hearing my knees grind I had a tough childhood and had to grow up fast and food was my comfort and the last straw was when my sister said she was worried about my health.. -
