Just checking to see where you are in your process, and how you feel about the process. I am 3 lbs short of my weight goal, and have my next appointment on January 22nd and I am so focused on this 3 lbs so I can have my paper work submitted by February. My plan has been to replace one meal a day with protien shake and eat lots of green lefty veggies! Danni

Sorry for you loss... sometimes family can be great and other times they are worst. I have some minor issues with my mom too, so I can somewhat relate. But you seem focused on YOU and what's best for YOU and I think that's a great space to be in. Good luck with all of the extra stuff that surrounds you, it will all fall in to place sooner or later. Happy new year to you and you LOOK GREAT

Calling Kaiser Patients

I don't find a lot of people on here that have kaiser other than people on the west coast and from what I have read their requirements are different than kaier mid-atlantic. -

I can totally relate to how you are feeling. I have been there so many times... But in 2013 I will draw from those feelings to continue to give me strength and motivation to stay on course to get approval for VS. good luck to everyone in the new year.
