I have adjusted pretty well, I still feel like I need to eat at night. Most of the time I'll eat like a mini bag of popcorn when I feel like that. I wake up and drink a protein shake in the morning and by lunch time I'm pretty hungry. I really like cheese, it's easy to eat and it doesn't hurt. So I'll eat a cheese stick with some turkey or chicken. And dinners I make normal things for my family and eat what I can. I'm still doing good with my portion sizes. I have not been the perfect patient, i do go out on the weekends and have drinks and I have been getting into the Halloween candy but I think it's ok to enjoy every now and then. As for my pre weight loss, I lost 20 pounds. I wasn't required to loose weight I was just supervised by the doctor for 6 months. She put me on phentermine, and it helped me loose weight but it made me really mean and short tempered. Overall I'm so happy with my results, now I really need to step it up and work out more and make sure I get in all my protein. Thank you all for your nice comments!
