I am almost 5 months post-op and scared of hair loss......I have medium grade hair with thin sides. I have kept my hair braided up since my surgery but I took it down to let it breathe. I can't really say I see a change but was wondering if it's ok to get a perm.....and what shampoos and conditioners are good to use.....please help.

All liquids no way.....I'm almost 5 months post-op and my nutritionist told me she doesn't want me relying on shakes and protein bars for my protein. I am to get them from food. Knowledge is power and I would also complain to the manager.
